Reviews

“CAMERLOT:

GOLD MEDAL”

“Dark garnet, amber tints. Fairly subdued nose, stone fruits, blackcurrant, liquorice, mixed spices, touch of menthol. Full-bodied, virile and lively on the palate, starting to open up, touch of Havana wood, underlying vegetal base. Needs to mature.”

Gilbert & Gaillard

“Pignoletto Spumante Traditional Method”

Excellent Wine, 2019/2020 edition ‘Emilia Romagna da Bere e da Mangiare’ guide:

Very fine perlage, on a lemon-yellow background with golden flashes. Very generous and expressive aromas of apricot mermelade, yellow flowers and aromatic herbs, with almonds and honey hints. Really full and rounded sip, firm in the entrance, it offers a slow sapid prograssion towards a slightly sour final. “

“CAMERLOT
and the others”

“The concentration and power of the whites are mighty, with the Pignoletto Superiore and the Chardonnay, which softly reveal a fruit of complete and sunny maturity. Of great olfactory integrity, the Pignoletto Metodo Classico, thick, creamy, among the best of its type. Great tannic-spicy power from the red concentrates Cabernet Sauvignon 2015 and Merlot. The best wine presented by Tenuta La Riva is Camerlot: a great wine that proves not only majestic in density, but harmonious, and most of all, turgid and stainless in its balsamic taste-aroma of black cherry and blackberry. Congratulations.”

“CHATRE’:
GOLD MEDAL

“Luminous golden hue. Elegant nose, dried fruits, hawthorn, roasted almonds. Well-proportioned, rich and fleshy on the palate, invigorating, with creamy bubbles and chiseled fragrances. A homogeneous whole which will go well stuffed crab.”
